At Tvak Radiance, we prioritize getting your skincare essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Domestic (USA): We currently ship within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Local Advantage: Being based in North Carolina, East Coast customers may experience slightly faster delivery times.

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

3. Shipping Address & P.O. Boxes

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@tvakradiance.com. We will ensure a replacement is sent out or a refund is issued as part of our Radiance Guarantee.
