How soon will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once it's on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the way.

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email support@tvakradiance.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Products & ingredients

Where can I find the full ingredient list?

Every product page lists its complete INCI ingredients, directions for use, warnings, and net quantity.

Are the products fragrance-free?

There is no added synthetic fragrance. Any subtle scent comes from the botanical extracts naturally present in each formula.

Should I patch test?

Yes — we recommend a patch test before first use, and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

Each formula is built to feel gentle, with no synthetic fragrance and no drying alcohols at the top of the list. As with any new product, patch test first and introduce one product at a time.

Using the ritual

What order do I use the products in?

Cleanse, replenish, then finish: Step 01 Gentle Cream Cleanser, Step 02 HA Serum with Peptides, Step 03 24/7 Barrier Cream.

Morning or night?

Both. The three-step ritual is designed for morning and evening use.

How long does each product last once opened?

Use within twelve months of opening, and store in cool, indirect light.
