All Tvak Radiance products are manufactured for Pra-Dee Inc. by licensed cosmetic manufacturers and comply with FDA cosmetic regulations under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), as amended by the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA). Our products are for cosmetic use only and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.
