Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before purchasing from or using the Tvak Radiance online store operated by Pra-Dee Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or making a purchase from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products
All Tvak Radiance products are cosmetics regulated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) and the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA). Our products are intended for external cosmetic use only and are not drugs. They have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
2. Orders and Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
3. Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
4. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we accept returns only on products that are unopened and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at returns@pra-dee.com to initiate a return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Tvak Radiance name, logo, product descriptions, and imagery, is the property of Pra-Dee Inc. and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pra-Dee Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
