At Tvak Radiance, your satisfaction matters. Because skincare is personal, we have crafted a clear and fair return policy to protect both you and the integrity of our products.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, partially used, or removed from their original packaging cannot be accepted for return due to health and safety regulations.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at returns@pra-dee.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@pra-dee.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
Skin Sensitivities
If you experience an adverse skin reaction to one of our products, please discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Contact us at support@pra-dee.com to discuss your experience. While we cannot accept opened products for return, we will do our best to make things right on a case-by-case basis.
